Sonesta Hotel Pereira, Cerritos

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, full of amenities for true comfort but be aware of the extremely noisy environment due to a constant drip noise resembling a water leak from the ceiling. The service is top-notch with a staff that goes above and beyond in their courteous and professional demeanor. The location, although beautiful and with a great view of an artificial lake, might not be ideal for those wanting quick access to the city's Business Center. Dining options offer a fantastic variety including healthy choices, but the distance slightly outside of Pereira could be a drawback for some.

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms looked out to the countryside, offering a serene atmosphere. They were incredibly large, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service, while fantastic overall, could use some improvement in training for an even better customer experience. The location was expansive and beautiful, providing a safe and pleasant environment. The dining experience was lovely, with a nice variety of options and a perfect setting for business purposes. The facilities were outstanding, enhancing my overall stay.
